Terms and Conditions for Maheshwari Community Business Initiative
1. Introduction and Scope
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern participation in and utilization of the initiatives designed to support local Maheshwari business and promote the concept of "Grow Your Business Between Your Community." These T&C are applicable to all Maheshwari individuals, proprietorships, partnerships, and companies (collectively, "Participants") engaging in activities related to the promotion and exchange of goods, services, and information within this communal network. Participation signifies the Participant's full acceptance of these terms.
2. Objective and Commitments
The primary objective is to facilitate Participants' ability to fulfill your business needs among your community and to access complete B2B and B2C solutions through internal networks. Participants agree to conduct all transactions and engagements with the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and mutual respect. While the initiative encourages transactions, it does not guarantee specific business volumes or success for any Participant.
3. Offering and Transaction Management
Participants are encouraged to offer services, deals, and business to local business owners. Any special deals or offerings advertised within the community network must be clearly defined, honored promptly, and represent a genuine benefit. All final commercial transactions (including pricing, quality, delivery, warranty, and payment terms) are solely between the contracting parties (Buyer and Seller). The facilitating initiative and its organizers hold no liability for transaction disputes, non-performance, or product/service dissatisfaction.
4. Liability and Indemnification
The initiative acts solely as a platform to connect the Maheshwari Business community. It is not responsible for screening, vetting, or certifying the quality or reliability of any Participant or their offerings. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the initiative organizers from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from their business dealings or breach of these T&C. Participants must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws in their commercial activities.
